Every chance I get back to Highlands, I make it a point to stop into Celebrity Collections!
Celebrity Collections is a very cool concept for men and women of all ages! I have purchased multiple pieces from the store and am constantly complimented because the jewelry is so unique!
This post is in response to the post written by Dale Dewitt. The staff of Celebrity Collections was deeply saddened to read the negative post recently written by Mr. Dewitt, since our first priority is to always offer our customers exemplary customer service. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused Mr. Dewitt and value the patronage of each and every customer we serve. When Mr. Dewitt first visited Celebrity Collections he was told that our boutique sells (we do not make or repair) our replicated celebrity jewelry. We sell replicated jewelry collections of famous people (manufactured by an array of vendors) and use a local fine jeweler for our repairs. If a piece is deemed defective, it is returned to that manufacturer and a new piece is sent back to us as replacement for the customer. The necklace Mr. Dewitt gave his wife for Christmas apparently had a loose center stone. When he contacted the boutique to report this issue we told him we would first take the necklace to our local jeweler to see if he could be repaired. Sadly, the jeweler suddenly passed away before the necklace could be assessed and possibly repaired. Our staff called Mr Dewitt on 3/4/17 to inform him of the delay and the reason why. Our call went directly to a voice mail message stating Mr. Dewitt's mailbox was 'FULL'. We opted to immediately mail the item to our vendor and requested a new necklace be sent to us as a replacement for Mr. Dewitt's piece. Upon placing the order, we were informed that particular necklace was back ordered for two additional weeks. Our staff called Mr Dewitt on 3/17/17 to inform him of the delay, but again was directed to a voice mail message stating Mr. Dewitt's mailbox was 'FULL'. When the necklace arrived on 3/31/17, a third call was made to Mr. Dewitt to determine if he wished to pick up his new necklace or have Celebrity Collections mail it to him (the boutique would incur shipping/handling/insurance charges). The third phone call from our staff was yet again directed to Mr. Dewitt's voice mail with the same message 'MAILBOX IS FULL'!!! Since our staff had documented all attempted contact with Mr. Dewitt as well as filed his return envelope with his address... the decision was made to mail the item to him directly. Celebrity Collections has built its reputation on excellent customer service and therefore included with the new necklace a hand written thank you note from the owner apologizing for the situation and inviting Mr. Dewitt to enjoy an additional 25% discount on any one item upon his next visit to our boutique. On May 11, 2017, Mr. Dewitt decided to use his additional discount to purchase another item. During that visit our staff informed Mr. Dewitt they had attempted to contact him numerous times regarding the status of his necklace but could never reach him due to a constantly 'FULL' mailbox. Mr. Dewitt replied, "that it was not unusual for my mailbox to be full". The owners and staff of Celebrity Collections value their loyal customers and will always work diligently to find a satisfactory resolution to a legitimate issue with our merchandise. Though this was a highly unusual situation, we at Celebrity Collections worked tirelessly to find an equitable resolution for this customer... and will proudly do the same for each and every one of Celebrity Collections valued customers!
What a great place. Unique concept with terrific/ helpful staff. Just fun learning the history behind the jewelry. The staff were so knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy working there so they made you have a great time too! Prices and quality are unbelievable. My new "favorite " store.
I understand the return policy and when I have had a quality issue with a piece, the store owners have been more than accommodating to replace or repair the jewelry.

I have acquired several pieces from Celebrity Collections, Each and every ring, necklace, earrings, and bracelets are beautiful. I always get complimented by so many people every time I have something on from that store. I plan on getting more to add to my collection. The pieces are unique and look real.
