Lots of selection. Helpful staff. Go to the storefront location not the free standing lig cabin. Staff there too busy standing around to help anyone.
I said it was because they're on commission, my wife said she thinks that person thought we'd try to steal something. Either way it really ruined our experience there. I do recommend the store, just not the babysitting.
The store has some good gear and clothing, but we were stalked by an employee the entire time we were there. It made us very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving without making a purchase. It's hard to browse and choose what may interest you when you are watched like you are a criminal.
I walked in with old shoes and some knee pain. Came out with new shoes, newYork superfeet Voorhees, and no knee pain.
Always shop the after Christmas sales!
Awesome store. Only downside is that a salesperson followed us VERY closely around the entire store. My wife and I were not free to browse on our own. There was a $150 item that I wanted to purchase but my wife and I couldn't even discuss it without the salesperson being there with us. We ended up walking out and I ordered the item from REI even though I paid $10 more for it.
